Any details collected from M & P customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. Orders

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. All prices listed on the website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

M & P processes orders via Paypal, Visa and Mastercard using the secure third party payment gateway provider Worldpay and the HSBC Bank Australia.

Credit and Returns Policy

A credit will be issued on all justifiable returns. The office should be notified of returns promptly. This is usually within 24 hours of delivery. Returns should be made within 14 days. Product can be returned to M & P with courier or post.

All returns need to be packed appropriately to ensure they arrive at M & P in a saleable condition.

We will accept credits for:

  • Product sent in error
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Product that is not fit for purpose or use
  • Stock sent with insufficient dating (less than 6 months)
  • Proof of purchase may be requested

We do not accept credits for:

  • Stock that has expired while in your possession.
  • Stock damaged during return to M & P due to inadequate packaging.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card used for the initial purchase. Please call 1800 652 443 or Email: customerservice@mandp.com.au for approval of return from the M & P office.

Cancellation of Orders: Please call 1800 652 443 or Email: web.orders@mandp.com.au to cancel an order. If the order has already been dispatched a credit will be given minus the cost of dispatch and return freight.

Delivery Policy

M & P will process orders within 2 working days of receipt of the order. If stock is not available we will email to advise when it will be available.

M & P will send orders by Australia Post or courier to interstate customers or courier to Victorian customers.

Please allow 5 working days for postage.

All deliveries therefore should be received within 7 working days.

Communications

M & P uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at info@mandp.com.au You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.
